    Take as many appointments as possible, sometimes multiple for the same time with the same person. They don't care how long you wait. Tried it and vowed to never go again because she yanked my daughters hair while brushing. I tried it again with my son and I couldn't tell you what I was thinking. He didn't even get a haircut because we were so uncomfortable. Just do yourself a favor and don't waste your time
