While the apartments are beautiful and the grounds even more so, you will pay plenty for all of this. The "team" in the leasing office tries their best but is weak because of bad Management. It all starts from the top and unfortunately, that is their weak link. I have had not one but TWO floods in my apartment in less than 4 mos. I am in the midst of the second one while I write this. Handled poorly-they had several days to take action and not only until I told them I would hire my own vendors to correct this and get my place in living condition did they step up and start to correct this situation. Can we say, "GREED?" HORRIBLE..!! They still have not yet opened up the wall where the water came in from the upstairs unit. Can we all say, "MOLD?"
If you are considering living here, don't let the friendly smiles on the faces of the leasing team or the beautiful apartments fool you. Rather, do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere.
